Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we have gift cards available on our website through our booking link. Once you visit our website, click on the “Book Now” button, and there will be a gift card purchase option. A breakdown of our services and prices comes up if you select “Book an Appointment” so you can decide how much you want to send as a gift!
The gift cards are digital, and you can send them via email to loved ones. They will still have to put down a deposit for their appointment, but they won’t be charged until their visit is complete, and then they can use their gift card!
Are treatments okay for colored hair?
We exclusively use @milbonusa products, which are color-safe! We have posted them before if you’d like to know which ones exactly we use. We do suggest waiting a week or two after coloring. Please give us a call if you have any questions regarding your hair type!
Which treatment should I choose?
Our customers usually like to try our basic package first. It's the foundation of all our treatments with scalp massages, head massages, scalp analysis, and more. You can then come back and get a service based on your prior experience and the knowledge you gained from your basic scalp treatment.
Our packages vary depending on whether you have a dry scalp, hair damage, or hair loss. Please give us a call if you have any specific questions about your hair type or our services.
Can you service those with hair extensions?
We can perform our services on those with hair extensions! We do ask that you let us know before booking so we can get more information on how long they’ve been in and the type, as it does depend on some circumstances. Also, hair extensions are an add-on to our services as they take longer and require more care. Please give us a call to book so we can get more information and help you answer any more questions you might have!
Can you accomodate groups of 3 or more?
Yes! We love making it a group affair. In order to best accommodate groups, please give us a call for booking.
We tend to book out a week or two in advance, so please book as early as possible so we can accommodate your group as best as we can. Group bookings on the weekends can be 2-4 weeks out.
Can pregnant ladies receive a treatment?
Pregnant women are welcome to enjoy our services, but we suggest consulting with your doctor first. We use Milbon USA products; you can take a look at which ones specifically on our page as we’ve posted them a couple of times! Also, you lay down on your back in a massage bed for the majority of your treatment.
You can absolutely let your service provider know if you’d prefer not to use the massage bed. Please give us a call if you have any questions about any particular service or products we provide.
Do you have any specials?
We have a few specials monthly. We recommend subscribing to our email list and following our Instagram for our limited-time specials. We have a couple of year-round specials, including a membership for $100 per year, which gives you 10% off services for you and a friend, a free basic scalp treatment on your birthday, 20% off products, and more.
We also have a few promotional packages when you buy 3 of a service. You can see the breakdown by clicking the "Book Now" button on our website!
Can you service those with thick/curly hair? Or those with little or no hair?
Absolutely! We service a variety of hair types daily, including those with thick hair and no hair. Please give us a call if you have any questions about your specific hair type so you can learn more about our approach.
Can we film our treatments?
Hello! We do not mind at all if you want to take content and film your experience. You can ask your service provider, and they'll even take a couple of clips of you while you're relaxing. We love it.
