Booking Appointments: 

Clients can book appointments up to 15 minutes before the start time, and no more than 3 months in advance. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred team members for appointments, and we also accommodate group bookings for those wishing to enjoy our services together.

Deposits:

A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking. This deposit ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to prepare for your visit. Once your appointment is completed, you will be charged in full.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours in advance. However, if cancellations or rescheduling requests are made after this 48-hour period, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations or rescheduling within the 48-hour window must be done through the link provided in your appointment confirmation email or by calling us during our business hours. Please note that we do not accept cancellations or rescheduling requests through social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, or Yelp.

Arrival:

To ensure we provide the best possible service, clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment time to complete the consultation form. This form allows us to fully understand your needs and preferences.

Late arrivals:

We understand that delays can happen. However, if you arrive late for your appointment, your service time will be adjusted to fit within your originally scheduled time slot. This ensures that our schedule remains on track for all clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show due to the limited time available to provide a complete, high-quality service.

Safety and comfort:

To ensure the well-being and comfort of all our clients, we have a 300 lb weight limit for our services. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your safety or comfort. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of care and ensure that our equipment and facilities are used safely and effectively.
